It’s not every day that you see a qualified attorney helping new business owners on TikTok protect themselves legally, but that’s exactly what James Greene has set out to do.

Following years of industry experience as an entrepreneur, as well as being an attorney in Florida, James Greene decided it was time to share some of his knowledge with the entrepreneur community through social media. Having set out to give business tips on TikTok, he’s already managed to gain a loyal following of 40k+ entrepreneurs.

From sharing the latest tips such as creating LLC operating agreements through to simplifying the legal side of business, Greene’s message has been resonating with the TikTok community and new entrepreneurs that don’t have access to attorneys. This has also helped them understand some of the most important legal aspects of setting up an entity, contracts and more.

Founder of Hustle Full Throttle, James Greene provides business coaching programs that are focused on providing results for his client. Having grown his audience through educational videos on TikTok, and now Instagram, the attorney is helping to raise awareness of important legal aspects of company formation and operations.

For entrepreneurs that are eager to learn new skills and about how to start, grow, and protect your business, Greene’s valuable insights are already helping to raise awareness of how businesses need to be protected legally. And because of that, he’s differentiated himself in the legal profession, while being transparent and helping to get the message across to his growing audience.

Launching a new project later this year to provide easy access to business legal resources and services including contract templates, the attorney turned TikTok content creator is building a global brand to set a new benchmark for the legal profession. By providing entrepreneurs with the right business strategies and education, he hopes that he can inspire the next generation of business owners on their way to achieving success.
