Newsmax Inc. reported record quarterly revenues of $54.1 million for the second quarter of 2026, marking the company’s first profitable quarter since becoming a public entity.

Total revenue for the three-month period ended June 30 rose 16.5% compared to the same period last year. Broadcast revenues increased 20.5% to $45.8 million, driven by an 81.9% rise in affiliate fees and a 563.5% increase in licensing revenue.

The company posted a net income of $2.9 million, an improvement over the $75.2 million net loss recorded during the same quarter in 2025. Adjusted EBITDA reached $5.7 million, compared to a loss of $3.8 million in the prior year. This financial turnaround was supported by higher revenue, improved operating efficiency, and the absence of legal settlement expenses that impacted the previous year.

Audience reach grew by 4% year-over-year to 26.9 million total viewers, while social media followers reached 26.2 million. The company also entered a multi-year AI content partnership with Meta to distribute Newsmax content across Meta’s applications and devices.

International expansion contributed to growth, with licensing revenues projected to increase 344% year-over-year to approximately $16 million in 2026. This includes the launch of the Newsmax Poland channel through a partnership with Telekom Serbia.

Newsmax ended the quarter with $128.3 million in cash and short-term investments. The company reiterated its full-year 2026 revenue guidance of $212 million to $216 million.
